Summary: Arrived just after 4pm, when check in was allowed, and the room was not ready. We waited about an hour and a half only to join a line of guests in the lobby checking in and being told the same. Once we reached the desk they confirmed we were in the queue for clean rooms and were in luck as ours had just been listed as ready. It was frustrating but I can’t imagine arriving as late as 5:30 or 6 and not being able to go to your room. I also felt for the people at the desk having to manage so many unhappy travelers - management needs to address this staffing issue ASAP.

Summary: The hotel was immaculate, friendly, and very attentive. The front desk concierge was probably the most friendly and helpful gentleman in years for my heavy business travel, highly recommend this hotel !!!

Summary: Hotel was ok. The shower doors have mildew all over even the tiles in the bathroom have mildew. You guys need to make sure your housekeepers are scrubbing down these bathrooms. This is the most important things in a hotel stay.
